The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience withZscalerandPalo Altofirewalls, with a focus on security operations, management, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities : Manage, configure, and maintainZscalerandPalo Altofirewalls for enterprise-level networks. Monitor and analyze network traffic, identifying potential security risks or breaches. Implement firewall rules, security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to firewalls, network security, and traffic filtering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance, security, and compliance. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Work on firewall upgrades, patches, and system optimizations to ensure continuous protection. Provide support during incidents and help in remediation actions. Required Skills & Qualifications : Strong hands-on experience withZscalerandPalo Altofirewalls. In-depth knowledge of firewall security protocols, policies, and best practices. Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing firewall systems. Understanding of network security, VPNs, proxies, and threat management. Expertise in identifying and mitigating potential security risks. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle critical issues. Preferred Experience : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields. 3+ years of experience working withZscalerandPalo Altofirewalls. Certifications likePalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)orZscaler Certified Cloud Security Professional (ZCCSP)are a plus. Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure) is beneficial.
