Job Description: TGT Social Science Teacher for Class 8,9,10 (CBSE & GSEB) Location:Aaytan Academy Campus Position Type:Full-Time (with opportunities for part-time/session-based arrangements pending discussion) About Aaytan Academy: At Aaytan Academy, we coach English medium students in classes 8th to 10th, ensuring every student thoroughly understands each subject. Position Overview: We are looking for a Social Science Teacher who inspires and motivates students to excel in History, Civics, Geography, and other day-to-day social studies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging students, building their confidence, and helping them connect academic concepts with real-world social activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging lesson plans that integrate History, Civics, Geography, and other social studies topics. Provide effective strategies to help students grasp key concepts and achieve excellent exam results. Inspire students and build their confidence in understanding social science subjects. Connect classroom lessons to practical, day-to-day social activities and real-world examples. Monitor progress and provide personalized feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field. Experience & Skills: A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience (flexible for exceptional early-career candidates with strong potential). Experience in classroom management and the use of modern instructional technologies. Personal Attributes: A passion for History, Civics, Geography, and student-centered learning. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
