Your expertise in fabric selection, cutting, sewing techniques, and finishing will be critical in translating design concepts into flawless, wearable products.Key Responsibilities: Garment Construction Expertise : Analyze and oversee the production of garments, ensuring precise pattern-making, fabric usage, and sewing techniques. Material Knowledge : Work closely with sourcing teams to select the best fabrics and trims, keeping in mind functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control measures during sampling, production, and final inspection phases to ensure consistent product excellence. Technical Collaboration : Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers to troubleshoot production challenges and achieve the desired fit and finish. Innovation & Trends : Stay updated on emerging garment technologies, production techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
