Shift Timing -Should be comfortable with 24*7 Rotational. Notice period -Immediate to 15 Days Joining. Qualification-Any Min. Graduate / Preferred - Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources.Roles & Responsibilities :Pre-Payrollandpost payroll activitieslike preparing reports, Check tracking etc. Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions. Responsible for Runningoff Cycle / on cycle Payroll in workday , validation of error reports and pay calc complete. Do research on mismatch and discrepancies related to client data. Handling email queries and Escalations. Terminations - Deactivating the accounts of Inactive retirees. Working on Separations and Final pay of employees. working onTDS Reports . Process all HR related invoices and submit for payment. Produce monthly OT and Leave reports. Enter and verify all vacation and flex days. Preparemonthly and quarterly vacation metrics . Having worked onCanadian payrollis an added advantage. Extensive knowledge of the payroll function includingpreparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes . Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws. Outstanding communication skills (written and oral). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
