As the first line of communication with a prospect, you should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. If you are hungry, smart, persistent , we want to hear from you!Objectives:- Create, own, and execute a pipeline strategy for the market you will support - Research, generate leads and find potential new sales opportunities - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage in next steps - Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook and ensure achievement of sales targets - Effectively work across the organization to shape our solutions to meet client needsA day in the life:This role will be divided between primary research and analysis, and leading sales calls. For execution on client outreach the working hours will be aligned with US and for planning aligned with India time zones.Responsibilities:1.Research, identify and prospect for new customers·SDM must research leveraging available tools to build a database of prospects. Should have good knowledge of the prospect’s industry, sales process, competition, and compelling events to make effective and meaningful conversations.2.Make more calls and send more emails·SDM should reach out to potential leads or promptly follow up with those who have inquired about our company and offerings via phone, email, and social media.3.Setup quality client meetings and appointments·SDM should write down the list of smart questions to ask during the call, or create a sales call script to qualify or disqualify leads- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives - Take the prospect through preliminary stages of sales pipeline - Reporting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsRequired skills and qualifications:- Mandatory experience of selling into US region and working in US time zones - Four to Six years of experience in sales - Track record of exceeding lead targets·Experience leading inbound/ outbound sales·Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or ZoomInfo- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
