Plan and implementstructured, goal-focused counseling and therapy approachesbased on the center's guidelines. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions usingCBT, REBT, ERP, ACT, etc. Develop personalized treatment plans to address client-specific needs. Maintain accurate, confidential, and professional client recordsQualifications & Skills 1. Education Master's in Clinical Psychologyfrom a recognized university (mandatory) M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (preferred, but not mandatory)2. Experience A minimum of5 yearsof independent case-handling experience (excluding internships) Proven expertise in dealing with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, anger management, impulsivity, and relationship issues.3. Skills Therapeutic Expertise:Strong skills inCBT, REBT, and ERP therapies . Experience in any other therapies would be valued. Psychodiagnostic Testing:Knowledge of administering, scoring, and interpreting psychodiagnostic tests (preferred but not mandatory).4. Language Proficiency Fluency inMarathi, Hindi, and English .5.
