Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital ExcellenceResponsibilities Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions. Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas. Research and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions that can be implemented. Collaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of opportunity, and future recommendations. Work with leadership team for thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, blogs and community involvement. Ensure that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices. Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.Required skills: Prior lead experience within an IT environment preferred Minimum of 8 years of IT experience inclusive of: 3 years in a senior-level role 5+ years’ experience in TMS (any), Freight management systems/ Cross border business 2+ years’ experience as implementation/developer role Experience with Supply Chain, Transport, freight, 3PL, retail etc Proven project and process management skillset Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions
