Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement, support and maintain Microsoft, Linux, AWS, Server and Cloud versions of Atlassian products and technologyProvide assistance and consultation to other infrastructure and applications groups and work within cross-functional teamsParticipate in the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance monitoring of Atlassian ToolsAdminister and maintain Jira software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.Manage Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that support business processes.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for Jira users to enhance their proficiency and productivity.Implement best practices for Jira usage and continuously improve system efficiency and effectiveness.Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into project progress, resource allocation, and operational metrics.Stay updated with the latest Jira features and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.Basic Qualifications: We need an excellent communicator with strong problem resolution skills who thrives on working in a team environment. In addition, we require: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferredMinimum five (5) years IT professional experienceMinimum three (3) years Atlassian tools support experienceITIL experienceAbility to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraintsExcellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skillsSecondary Qualifications:Incident Management, Change Management.Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skillsBasic knowledge of SQL database artifacts
