We are seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to join an ongoing private villa construction project in Mussoorie. The role is contract-based and ideal for experienced professionals or boutique PMC firms who can ensure on-site quality, civil coordination, and readiness for interior transition.About the ProjectThis is a live project, with civil construction already in progress. Structural completion is expected within the next 4 months. We are onboarding a PMC to supervise the remaining build phase, maintain quality, and manage site-level documentation and coordination.
