Roles & Responsibilities Executing CSR – Engagement Initiatives across all channels (In person, Virtual & Hybrid) end to end Events planning – Go lives, Site Shoots, etc. Brainstorming and implementing visits plans and concepts Preparing trackers for all visits/events and sharing it with the team and stakeholders Establish & manage relationships/engagement with the stakeholders and other departments Maintaining contact with stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure all goals are met Liaise with designing team for visit/events creatives and collaterals Establish objectives, budgets, resource allocation and planning Approve all aspects before visit/event including approval from HOD & CFO Desired Industry Exposure Prior experience of minimum 2 years in CSR Event/ Employee Engagement (internal/corporate) Previous Experience with a Large International Corporate/NGO Single handedly managed large client events/projects. A minimum of 2+ years’ work experience across the above-mentioned organizations is a must. Evidence of first-class events project management skills and experience
