The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, communication, content strategy, and social media optimisation (SMO) on a day-to-day basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a fresh graduate to play a key role in launching and growing our brand presence from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in shaping our voice, building our community, and driving user engagement.Responsibilities:Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) tailored to the Bengaluru market.Create compelling content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the unique value proposition of Genfuse.Conduct initial market research, including street interviews and surveys, to gather user insights and feedback, directly informing our social media strategy.Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.Monitor social media trends, analyse data, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm new ideas, campaigns, and initiatives to expand our reach and impact.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field.Strong interest in social media and digital communication.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Passion for connecting with people and building online communities.Understanding of Bengaluru's social dynamics and cultural landscape.Fluency in English.
