Join us to be a part of a purpose-driven organization that transforms lives and landscapes.Role Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our finance operations with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate or construction sector and be well-versed in vendor payment workflows, reconciliations, and international accounting coordination.Key Responsibilities:Process and code incoming vendor invoices with accuracy and timelinessCoordinate internal approvals from Project Managers and authorized signatoriesInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and variancesManage weekly payment cycles, including check runs, ACH, and wire transfers via secure banking platformsValidate and document payment authorizations, including verbal confirmations for ACH/wire instructionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records; assist with vendor onboarding and compliance documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related queriesEnsure adherence to internal financial controls and reporting timelinesQualifications & Experience: or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution4 - 6 years of experience in accounts payable and receivablePrior exposure to real estate or construction industry preferredStrong understanding of payment systems, vendor management, and invoice processingFamiliarity with US GAAP and international accounting practices is a plusKey Competencies:Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systemsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilitySelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent time management and multitasking skillsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with a global real estate firmExposure to U.S. accounting practices and international financeCollaborative and inclusive work cultureCompetitive compensation and learning opportunitiesApply now to join a mission-driven team building more than just properties—it’s building better futures.
