We bring up all the customer-facing conversations in one place, transcribe and analyse them & then surface actionable insights to help teams drive performance.Our mission is to empower one million salespeople with the power of AI to learn from their own conversations and close bigger, better, and more sales.Learn more about us at: Roles and Responsibilities will include the following:● Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, and phone.● Preparing Knowledge base articles and owning the Client Product training sessions.● Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues you are not equipped to deal with.● Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.● Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.● Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.● Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services.● Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.You are a fit for this job if you have the following:● Knowledge in supporting customer queries across the globe.● Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.● Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.● The candidate must be a Quick learner, adaptable, and a good problem solver.● The candidate must Work from the Office and should be available full-time.● The candidate comfortable working with the US shift (the US shift will have designated work hours for working from home) will be added.● Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer support experience, especially in Chat and Email Process.Here’s What happens after you apply?1.
