We’re on a mission to make writing smarter and more sustainable!About the Role:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic, data-driven, and creative, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, content creation, influencer campaigns, and mobile app marketing. This is a dynamic role that blends strategic planning with execution across platforms and audiences (B2B, B2C, and mobile-first).Key Responsibilities Create SEO-optimized content for the website, blogs, social media, and campaigns.Manage and grow our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Optimize mobile app listings using ASO (App Store Optimization) best practices.Plan and run ecommerce and digital product launch campaigns.Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Analyze campaign metrics and optimize based on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR.Identify growth opportunities via A/B testing and data analysis.Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.Implement and manage analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards.Manage daily budgets and pacing to meet monthly targets.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform changes.Assist in developing strategic digital marketing plans tailored to various audiences.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Strong understanding of performance marketing and optimization strategies.Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion funnels.Creative thinking with a good eye for ad visuals and messaging.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and tools.Prior experience in mobile app marketing is a plus.Proficiency in content writing and social media marketing.Familiarity with ASO and web analytics tools.Ability to work effectively in a startup team environment.
