The job holder is responsible for managing multiple complex high value projects through proper planning of resources and monitoring the progress of the project to ensure project profitability. The incumbent would be responsible for creating the design for delivery of an assignment. S/He is also responsible for co-facilitating sessions to deliver customer delight. Further, developing new products and intellectual property by undertaking initiatives that would improve quality of delivery and enhance organization capability would also be part of the responsibilities. The job holder is responsible for client relationship management. S/he is required to engage with key clients, to maintain an ongoing relationship with them to strengthen the possibility of generating future business prospects. He/She is also responsible for account farming and new business development. S/he is responsible for developing team members and consultants in their roles in terms of the product understanding, culture of the organization, client relationship management, through regular coaching sessions and training programs. He/She is to take responsibility of the administrative actions for those reporting to him/her including all approvals on client expenses, reimbursements and leave. The job holder may be required to manage key accounts independently, to deliver assignments in other geographies of Right Management, to make new products successful in the markets, and to create a pipeline of effective consultants Key Responsibilities: To lead and deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right’s expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative manner, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews To develop existing accounts from perspective of increasing business (account farming) and new business development. To groom and develop team members in terms of consulting practices as well as towards personal growth. To ensure adherence to internal process compliances and supporting with the enhancement of existing products and services.
