Job Title: Placement & Industry Relations Specialist – Dubai (Engineering Internships & FTE)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Contract / Full-TimeIndustry: Education, Recruitment, International PlacementsAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Placement & Industry Relations Specialist to support our mission of placing engineering students in internship and full-time employment (FTE) opportunities across Dubai. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the UAE job market, a deep network of corporate and industrial partners in Dubai, and a passion for enabling student success.Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with engineering firms, startups, and corporates in Dubai open to hiring interns or fresh graduates.Work closely with educational institutions to understand student profiles, skillsets, and placement requirements.Coordinate internship and job placement drives, career fairs, and networking events in collaboration with companies and academic stakeholders.Create and maintain a database of job opportunities and manage end-to-end placement cycles.Guide and support students through the application, interview, and onboarding processes.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and visa requirements for international student internships and FTEs in the UAE.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field. MBA or Master’s is a plus.3–7 years of experience in corporate relations, recruitment, or placement management, preferably with exposure to the UAE market.Strong network of HR/campus relations contacts in engineering industries across Dubai.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of UAE employment norms, visa processes for interns/FTEs, and industry hiring trends.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in student placement or international internship facilitation.Existing relationships with Dubai-based engineering or tech firms.Familiarity with fields such as civil, mechanical, electrical, computer science, or industrial engineering.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven team that bridges the gap between education and employment.Work on impactful projects that launch careers of talented young engineers.Flexible, collaborative work culture with global exposure.
