Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning our services to meet client needs and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clientsUnderstand client needs and ensure our solutions meet their objectivesBuild and nurture long-term relationships to promote retention and growthManage client communications, expectations, and deliverablesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand accountsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular client reportsResolve client issues promptly and escalate as necessaryPrepare presentations and proposals to support business development effortsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Experience in [industry-specific] account management (e.g., IT, SaaS, Advertising, Finance)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with project management tools and techniques
