This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive seamless integration and support organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and Implement Product Strategies: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that address internal business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.• Streamline Internal Operations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in existing processes and implement solutions that improve productivity and system performance.• Coordinate Across Teams: Lead coordination efforts with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of product solutions with internal workflows and objectives.• Drive System Integration: Oversee the integration of new tools, applications, and technologies into existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.• Define Technical Requirements: Partner with development teams to create clear and actionable technical specifications for internal products and systems.• Facilitate Implementation: Ensure the successful execution of product development cycles, from concept to deployment, by closely monitoring timelines, resources, and deliverables.• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.• Support Internal Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring internal stakeholders’ needs are met with scalable, maintainable solutions.• Focus on Scalability and Maintainability: Drive initiatives to ensure product solutions are robust, sustainable, and capable of supporting future growth.• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all internal products adhere to organizational standards, including security, compliance, and quality.• Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IT, software, or technology domains.Proven track record of delivering successful IT or tech-based products.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar.Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus (e.g., APIs, databases, DevOps).Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
