You'll implement your critical thinking and technical skills to develop cutting edge software, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with teams across disciplines.In Luxoft, our culture is one that strives on solving difficult problems focusing on product engineering based on hypothesis testing to empower people to come up with ideas.In this new adventure, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team in the field of Insurance by building a holistic solution, interacting with multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities:• Create and Implement Web Design and Development Plans: Develop responsive web interfaces and interactive web applications.• Collaborate with UX Designers and Developers: Ensure seamless functionality and integration of design elements.• Convert Design Files into Code: Translate design files into raw HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, including graphical elements.• Optimize Applications: Ensure maximum speed and scalability of applications.• Perform Usability Testing: Test application usability and fix any bugs.• Maintain and Improve Websites: Update and redesign company websites as needed.• Document UI Guidelines: Create and maintain UI guidelines and templates for reuse and consistency across platforms.• Coaches team members and leads teams as necessary.Mandatory Skills:• Min 6 or more years of experience• Experience with Frontend Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.• Understanding of Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools.• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Ability to work in an Agile development environment.• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Strong coding skills in these languages• Experience with Responsive Design: Ability to create interfaces that work across various devices and screen sizes• Knowledge of UI/UX Principles: Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices• Familiarity with Design Tools: Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design and detail-oriented approach
