Job Summary:Assists the Director and Business Operators by smartly and efficiently executing tasks and responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, and Administration for overall Business Excellence.Experience- 1-2yearsSalary- Fixed+ Commission based -upto 5 lakhs INR (in hand )inclusive of salary and incentives. Fixed component at 15k-20k.Job Responsibilities:1. To ensure that Sales are handled for effective conversions through cold outreach, and call setting2. To engage in setting up virtual meetings and real-time meetings with clients in all markets and represent the brand wherever required and ensure that prospects turn up on scheduled meetings.3. To work on KPIs, and targets and increase revenue consistently by engaging and nurturing   with prospective clients regularly4. To ensure that all prospective clients are continuously nurtured and that they attend the consultation calls booked for Sales.5. To schedule Discovery and Sales calls and complete the closing of sale on call6. To proactively carry out administrative activities such as email replies to clients, handling inquiries, and other tasks assigned7. To follow up with clients, Leads generated and proposals and create a pool of potential prospects consistently 8. To update the CRM and Sales reports and ensure that Data Management is up to date.9. To consistently work on coordination with Corporates and individual clients and be of assistance to any questions or concerns and offer customer/client support at all times.10. To provide continuous support and generate reports for the Operations and track all data related to Sales, Marketing and Finance from time to time.Critical skills and Competencies required for this post:1. Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.2. Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad in 3. Experience in handling Sales/ Operations and/or Digital Marketing in a B2B/B2C environment for an Ed Tech platform or an Educational Set up/ Training Company for at least 2 years
