You’ll design, develop, and implement robust AI-driven solutions, tackling impactful problems across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Defense. Your advanced technical expertise and innovative thinking will significantly influence our product roadmap and technical strategy.Preference will be given to candidates holding a Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.Key Responsibilities·       AI Model Development:Design, build, and optimize advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI models tailored specifically for complex use-cases in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Defense.·       Research & Innovation:Engage in cutting-edge research to continuously enhance our methodologies, maintain our competitive edge, and drive innovative approaches within our solution offerings.·       Algorithmic Implementation:Develop scalable algorithms and robust software systems integrating AI and machine learning solutions effectively into production environments.·       Data Analysis & Insights:Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to analyze large-scale datasets, providing actionable insights and driving the delivery of AI-enabled features.·       Technical Leadership:Serve as a technical expert, mentoring junior engineers, guiding best practices in AI development, and influencing technical decisions company-wide.·       Collaboration & Communication:Clearly articulate technical methodologies and results to internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, supporting transparency, trust, and confidence in our AI-driven solutions.Qualifications & Experience·       Educational Background:o   Master's degree required in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.o   Ph.D. strongly preferred in relevant fields, demonstrating deep theoretical understanding and practical expertise in AI/ML.·       Professional Experience:o   Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML systems, preferably within Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Defense contexts.o   Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects, with demonstrated contributions to impactful outcomes.·       Technical Skills:o   Extensive experience with advanced machine learning techniques, neural networks, deep learning architectures, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.o   Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).o   Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying production-level AI models.o   4-5 years of Experience of developing AI solutions on AWS/ Azure/ GCP/ Nvidia/ Snowflake/ Databricks platforms.·       Research Aptitude:o   Experience conducting independent research, publishing peer-reviewed papers, or contributing to industry-leading conferences is a significant advantage.·       Personal Attributes:o   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.o   Highly collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative startup environment.Why Join Our Team?·       Work on groundbreaking AI solutions with direct and meaningful impact across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industry 4.0 and Defense.·       Collaborate with an exceptional team of engineers, researchers, and industry experts.·       Attractive compensation package including competitive salary, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
