Job Title: Senior Designer / Brand ManagerLocation: Onsite Hyderabad, IndiaDepartment: MarketingAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Designer / Brand Manager to elevate our brand across every touchpoint. In this hybrid role, you will own the visual identity and brand experience for a growing technology services company — ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all internal and external communications. You’ll lead design efforts for marketing campaigns, digital experiences, events, sales assets, and employer branding, while also helping evolve the brand system to meet the needs of our business and stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is passionate about using design to express the story, personality, and credibility of a modern tech brand.Key Responsibilities:Brand Ownership & StrategyManage and evolve the company’s visual identity system — including brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, iconography, and design standards.Act as the brand steward to ensure consistency across marketing, sales, digital, talent, and internal communications.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to strengthen the brand narrative and identity across regions and offerings.Creative ExecutionConceptualize and design marketing materials including digital ads, website graphics, eBooks, pitch decks, videos, event branding, and internal campaign assets.Lead the visual development of key campaigns and go-to-market initiatives in partnership with product marketing, field marketing, and content teams.Provide hands-on design execution and creative direction for internal and external events, employer brand, social media, and customer-facing collateral.Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors (freelancers, agencies, printers) to deliver high-quality creative work.Review and manage the creative development process — from concept through execution — ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and brand guidelines.Help mentor junior designers or freelancers as needed, fostering a high standard of creativity and execution.Qualifications:6–10 years of experience in brand design or visual communications, preferably in the B2B technology or IT services space.Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work directly with senior leaders and translate business needs into compelling visuals.Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand design across digital, print, and event channels.Deep understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and multi-channel design execution.Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Figma, and other presentation tools.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with marketing, content, sales, and talent teams to drive integrated brand efforts.Preferred Skills:Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment campaignsFamiliarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and marketing automation toolsExposure to enterprise IT or insurance technology industries a plus
