Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Tech Lead to guide our eCommerce development efforts and drive technical excellence with one of our top financial services clients for a project through the end of the year. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership in release management, and a passion for optimizing performance and workflows across complex environments. Responsibilities • Maintain and update sandbox images and test environments • Automate workflows using GitHub Actions • Develop processes to replicate custom preferences across environments • Create and manage GitFlow diagrams and related documentation • Define and track site performance metrics • Oversee weekly code releases, including branching and merging • Support third-party load testing efforts • Ensure best practices in deployment and version control • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration • Troubleshoot and resolve environmental and performance issues Requirement Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Strong background in SFCC engineering and custom job configuration Full-stack SFCC development experience is a plus Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS or similar Deep knowledge of release management processes Expertise with GitHub and GitFlow strategies Experience in iterative development and multi-team collaboration Effective team player with strong mentorship skills Skilled problem-solver in dynamic environments Flexibility to work in PST
