Job Title: HR Operations Manager Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: 100% Onsite Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This is a night shift, onsite role requiring strong leadership in HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership and accountability of HR functions and contribute to building a performance-driven and people-first culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.Oversee HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of employee records, documentation, and compliance.Handle employee relations: manage grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy and collaborative work environment.Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.Drive a smooth and effective onboarding experience for all new hires.Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and recommend improvements where necessary.Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business needs from an HR perspective.Be the single point of contact for all HR matters during the night shift.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in IT or staffing services.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.Strong understanding of employee engagement and relations management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High level of ownership, integrity, and accountability.Willingness to work in night shift (US hours).Ability to work independently and manage HR operations with minimal supervision.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.A supportive and inclusive team environment.Opportunity to grow and make a real impact within the organization.If you’re a driven HR professional who thrives in a high-responsibility role and is open to working night shifts, we’d love to connect with you.
