You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence and driving community growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy to grow brand presencePlan, create, and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Craft compelling posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand voiceMonitor social media performance and analyze engagement metricsOptimize content based on analytics insights (SMO) and ongoing trendsCollaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for integrated campaignsStay updated on social and digital trends to drive innovation and experimentationQualifications:Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content StrategyStrong communication and copywriting skills with attention to tone and audienceHands-on experience with SMO techniques and platform algorithmsFamiliarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, or HootsuiteAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of digital marketing funnels and audience targetingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (internships/freelance work count too)
