I am sharing the job description and roles & responsibilities for this position and would appreciate your assistance in identifying a suitable candidate.Job Overview:• Identify and develop partnerships within the travel vertical (Tourism Boards, Hotels, Airlines, Cruises, etc.).• Build and maintain B2B relationships in the global travel industry.• Manage the entire partnership lifecycle (lead generation, prospecting, establishing initial contact, meetings, contract negotiation, integration, and follow-up).• Utilize a proven professional network and continue expanding it over time.Job Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales/partnership/travel domain, with a proven track record of building and implementing such partnerships.• Fluent in written and spoken English• Excellent knowledge of the travel and/or e-commerce industry.• Business, marketing, or other relevant (academic) degree.• Strong commercial acumen, results-oriented, and excellent communication and reporting skills.• Creative, persistent, and outgoing personality, eager to learn.• Proactive, positive, and self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.• Willingness to travel frequently for business.• Must be based in India.What You'll be Doing:• Acquire knowledge of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities• Create and execute campaigns to help partners achieve their objectives leading to incremental marketing funds from to satisfy TBO business needs• Negotiate campaign constructs, commercials and agreements with the partners• Act as a bridge between the industry partners and various product teams to drive product specific agenda• Present post campaign quantitative and qualitative analysis to industry partners
