We are looking for a Platform & Software QA Engineer who not only brings technical excellence in testing, but also deeply understands user experience and usability.Role Overview:As a QA Engineer on our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our multi-platform enterprise solutions are stable, reliable, and intuitive for end-users. This is not just a bug-hunting role — we're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, platform-level testing, and user-centric design thinking.What You’ll Do:• Own end-to-end testing for highly integrated web platforms and AI-powered features.• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress across multiple product modules and UIs.• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across microservices-based architectures.• Analyze complex business workflows and user journeys to create test plans that reflect real-world usage.• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to advocate for the user and improve overall platform experience.• Participate in release planning, build verifications, and own the quality gates for major feature rollouts.• Provide feedback on UI/UX friction points and inconsistencies that affect user adoption or productivity.• Investigate bugs across complex communication layers and multi-tenant deployments.• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and test coverage optimization.What You Bring:• 4+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years focused on web automation using Cypress.• A solid foundation in manual and automated testing methodologies.• Demonstrated experience testing enterprise-scale platforms, preferably with APIs, data flows, dashboards, and integrated user experiences.• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze user journeys to catch subtle UX issues.• Working knowledge of DevTools, Postman, and debugging tools to isolate issues.• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with frequent releases.• A user-first mindset — you instinctively spot usability issues and think beyond “pass/fail”.• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered features, communications platforms, or Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Azure, etc.).Why Join Us?• Be part of a mission-driven company solving real problems at scale• Influence product quality across multiple intelligent platforms• Work with a talented and globally distributed team of engineers and designers• Competitive compensation, remote-first flexibility, and opportunity to grow with us
