The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, understanding and documenting business requirements, and improving business processes. They will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of business needs. Other duties include analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.QualificationsBuild and deliver end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to execution.Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.Deep business process understanding and ability to translate needs into action.Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements.Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.Experience in improving Business Processes.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
