As a Business Development Manager at ABMOD Inc. you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the premium motorcycle accessories market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and enhance revenue through innovative sales strategies and relationship management.Roles and Responsibilities:Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.Make regular outbound calls to engage clients, understand their current and future needs, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.Gather detailed requirements from clients and communicate them effectively to internal teams (e.g., operations, product, marketing) for seamless execution.Keep accurate records of all client interactions, requirements, and feedback in CRM systems.Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistency in client experience and service delivery.Monitor client activity and proactively identify areas for improvement or potential issues.Stay updated with developments in the motorcycle accessories industry to capitalize on emerging trends.Desired Candidate's Profile:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the eCommerce or automotive industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of eCommerce platforms is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
