We’re looking for a Junior Creative Associate to work closely with our Creative Head in shaping kind, meaningful experiences across our brands.We know most people come from either a writing or design background — this is a hybrid role, and we’re open to helping you grow in both. What matters most is a sharp eye, strong instincts, and a real love for animals. We’re a pet-first company, full of dogs and cats who actively test our products and feature in our stories. If you’re not someone who enjoys being around animals daily, our environment might not be the best fit (we say that gently and with respect).⸻Who You Are: • A devoted pet parent — with a soft spot for Indies and rescues. • Fluent in English, with the ability to write and refine clear, engaging content. • Visually inclined, with a strong eye for design and an understanding of brand aesthetics. • Proficient in at least one design tool: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW. • Open to using AI tools mindfully and creatively. • Comfortable contributing to social media posts and content. • Working knowledge of Hindi is a plus. • Detail-oriented, grounded, and empathetic in both work and collaboration.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Write creative copy for Amazon listings, packaging, ads, and brand materials. • Research pet care topics to support authentic storytelling. • Proofread content to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency. • Assist with design tasks and creative briefs. • Coordinate edits and feedback across touchpoints. • Support the Creative Head in developing content and visuals for multiple brands. • Contribute to social media posts with warmth and creativity.⸻What We Value: • A deep love for animals and an instinctive understanding of pet parents. • A thoughtful, quality-first approach to content and design. • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a strong creative sensibility. • A balanced mindset that blends storytelling with strategy and empathy.⸻Bonus (but not required): • A degree in communication, design, or art is a plus. • What matters more is your portfolio, not your paperwork — we’d love to see what you’ve made.
