Position: Senior Art Director Exp Required: 4 – 6 yearsKey Responsibilities:Lead visual conceptualization and execution of campaigns across mediums (digital, social, print, OOH, film).Work closely with the creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling and design integrity.Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with brand strategy.Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control on creative deliverables.Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, animators, and production partners as needed.Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.Present and defend creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.Requirements:4–6 years of experience in a creative/design role within an agency or brand.Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns with original art direction and high visual standards.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or motion tools is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and client objectives.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.Nice to Have:Experience in FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.Knowledge of photography, film direction, or animation.Exposure to UI/UX or product design.
