Job Title

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer who understands that great design goes beyond good looks. You’ll lead UI design efforts across digital products and experiences, turning user insights into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency, clarity, and beauty in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution Create pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and UI components for web and mobile products that are both beautiful and functional.Design Systems & Consistency Build and evolve scalable design systems, UI kits, and component libraries that ensure consistency across products.Collaboration Work with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into cohesive design solutions.Prototyping & Interaction Design Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design flows, motion, and transitions using tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle.Review & Iterate Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions based on team input and user research.Mentoring Guide and mentor junior designers, helping elevate the overall design quality of the team.What We're Looking For5–8 years of experience in UI or Product Design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design systems, attention to detail, and user-centric thinkingExpertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, or similarSolid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, iconography, and visual hierarchyFamiliarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design)Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to defend and explain design decisionsAbility to balance creativity with execution, and aesthetic sensibility with functional clarityNice to HaveExperience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex web applicationsMotion/interaction design skillsExposure to UX research or user testing methodsBasic knowledge of accessibility (WCAG guidelines)
