Job DescriptionPosition : Video Engineering Operational Support Engineer – 24/7 Support RoleGeneral Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong documentation skills. 5 . Experience in handling Client Project meetings.Working Experience (MUST):Knowledge on Automation using Python is mandatory.Experience in providing production support for software applicationsProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Experience in working on Ticketing Tools (Preferred: ServiceNow, JIRA), good understanding on SLA and ITIL process.Experience with Monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana and Prometheus.Experience with AWS cloud (S3, EC2, Networking, IAM, etc) and terraform would be added advantageExperience in troubleshooting of application issues.Knowledge on Database (Preferred: MongoDB).Experience in creating SOP and RunbooksAdditional Skills:Basic Knowledge on Online Streaming Platforms.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Responsibilities:Automate routine tasks and handle client requests for various requirements.Provide day-to-day support for production/development systems, ensuring their availability and performance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Create and maintain documentation related to production support processes and procedures.Provide 24/7 support to ensure continuous operation.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production environments.
