In this role, you'll be responsible for developing features around enhanced market health and a seamless trading experience. This is a full-time remote position with significant growth potential as our platform expands. Expertise in Web3 technologies, blockchain, and financial markets will be essential in this role.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and communicate a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.Market Optimization: Oversee and implement strategies to maintain healthy liquidity and balanced market depth across all active markets. Monitor key liquidity metrics (e.g., order book depth, bid-ask spreads, trading volume) and coordinate initiatives to enhance market efficiency and accessibility, ensuring a seamless trading experience for users across all markets.Analyze product performance and user behavior to design specifications for features that enhance our trading infrastructure and cater to user needs.Design engaging gamification elements including daily quests, leaderboards, and trading incentives to drive user growth and habitual engagement.Translate complex blockchain and trading concepts into accessible user experiences.Data Analysis: Track key metrics like user acquisition, trading activity, and liquidity to develop strategies for active and balanced markets.Required Qualifications3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency productsDemonstrated experience with trading platforms, exchanges, or financial technology productsSolid understanding of decentralized technologies, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystemsTechnical competence in market making mechanisms, trading engines, and order matchingAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving industryEnglish language proficiency equivalent to C1 Advanced level or higherPreferred QualificationsPersonal interest in sports, sports betting, esports, or fantasy sportsExperience with prediction markets or centralized exchange platformsKnowledge of DeFi (Decentralized Finance) ecosystemsBackground in UX/UI design principles as they apply to trading interfacesWorking EnvironmentFull-time remote position Fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for professional growthDirect impact on product development and company directionCollaborative team passionate about web3 and prediction markets
