The Opportunity We’re looking to collaborate with copywriters who speak the language of food and hospitality from lived experience — writers who’ve spent time in kitchens, hotels, or the service industry before stepping into media, branding, or storytelling roles. This isn’t a full-time position — it’s a chance to become a preferred writing partner for Paxika’s network of chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality ventures across India and globally. Background • You’ve studied hotel management, culinary arts, or hospitality — or worked in the food industry before pivoting into media. • You’ve written for restaurants, cafés, delivery brands, or hospitality experiences. • You understand how copy can shape guest perception — from menus and websites to social captions and investor decks. • You’ve worked with chefs, founders, creative teams, or agencies to help build and express brands. • You know how to write copy that not only reads well but also feels real to people inside the industry. • You can toggle tones — from elegant fine dining to irreverent QSRs — depending on the brief. • You’re equally comfortable with storytelling, UX writing, and campaign-driven content. What You’ll Do • Write for restaurants, chefs, and culinary ventures in the Paxika network — shaping everything from brand stories to menus and marketing copy. • Collaborate on brand identity projects, product launches, campaigns, and digital platforms. • Craft copy across formats — websites, social media, packaging, decks, press kits, and beyond. • Help define tone of voice and language systems that make food brands memorable and commercially strong. • Be featured as a verified Paxika Copywriting Partner and be recommended for high-impact creative projects.Eligibility • Hospitality or culinary background (education or work experience) preferred. • Strong writing portfolio in the F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality space — with a mix of short and long-form samples. • Understanding of both brand voice and business impact. • Experience working with founders, chefs, agencies, or branding teams. • Freelancers, boutique studios, and independent creators are all encouraged. • Remote-friendly, with flexibility for global collaborations.
