Job Description:Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Consultant who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more business process or functional areas. You will be responsible for understanding client business models, leading solution design discussions, and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as an SME across assigned business domains and workstreams.Understand and analyze client business models, operations, and pain points.Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.Analyze data models and derive actionable insights to support business decisions.Drive operational and strategic change initiatives by developing innovative, process-driven solutions.Design and implement new systems or processes required for change management.Communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders and deliver change impact reports and presentations.Conduct workshops, testing, and surveys as part of the solution validation process.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 5–8 years as a Business Analyst.Education: MBA from a reputed business school.Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.Experience in manufacturing and project management domains is preferred.Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.Proficient in preparing presentations, reports, and business documentation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors and clients.Knowledge of Big Data Analytics trends and cloud technologies in the context of analytical solutions.
