The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT project management, a passion for quality, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject OversightLead end-to-end project execution, from initiation to delivery.Set clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for all stakeholders.Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure success.Ensure project timelines are met and delivery commitments are honored.Ensure team members regularly post daily task progress and updates.Conduct daily standups, regular project review meetings, and retrospective meetings to maintain alignment and drive improvement.Project Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with internal teams to define scope, technical feasibility, and resource requirements.Create detailed project plans, allocate tasks, and manage timelines effectively.Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.Maintain adherence to high-quality delivery standards and project compliance requirements.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, status updates, and review meetings.Ensure alignment of project expectations, timelines, and delivery outcomes.Documentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, task lists, and risk assessments.Track performance metrics and deliver regular project status reports to senior leadership.Evaluate team performance and create detailed performance reports for each resource to aid in reviews and optimization.Quality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementOversee QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Lead post-project evaluations and retrospective meetings to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.RequirementsExperience & Skills2–6 years of experience in IT project management.Strong command over project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp (preferred), Trello, or similar.Hands-on understanding of QA processes and software testing.Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient with project tracking and productivity tools (MS Office, Gantt charts, etc.).EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.Key SkillsProject ManagementSoftware Project CoordinationQA & Testing OversightProduct ManagementTeam ManagementTask & Timeline PlanningStakeholder CommunicationStandups & Retrospective FacilitationResource Performance EvaluationRisk & Resource ManagementEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Jalandhar, PunjabSalary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)Application:If you're ready to lead projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and are passionate about delivering.
