If you are interested, then please do share your resume to tharanya.elangovan@About the RoleProject Role Description: Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses a blend of strategic oversight and technical proficiency, responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements.Should have experience in configuring and developing compensation modules, good with from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live.Will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.Expected to configure sales compensation applications, design system architecture, analyze operational procedures, and assist customers in utilizing features to meet their needs.It involves configuring business calculations, building process flows, and providing technical leadership, requiring extensive experience with Varicent tools and a strong understanding of incentive compensation systems.Should be able to convert requirements into technical solutions, mentor the team.QualificationsEducational Qualification: 15 years full time educationRequired SkillsMust have Hands-on experience in end-to-end Varicent (v10) development.Proficient in writing SQL queries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Agile methodology.Demonstrate experience in designing and configuring business requirements into Varicent platform.Provide accurate effort hour estimates for defect remediation.Provide key information to delivery teams regarding scope of new work and corresponding effort hour estimates.Preferred SkillsGood to have skills: NAPay range and compensation packageThe candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Varicent.
