The Opportunity Paxika is building a global ecosystem for the food, restaurant, and hospitality industry. We're inviting hotel management and culinary arts students or graduates to join us as interns — to learn, contribute, and be part of a fast-growing platform that's reimagining how this industry works. This is not a passive internship — it's hands-on, cross-functional, and built for those who want to make an impact.What You’ll Work On This is a generalist role where you’ll gain exposure across departments. Your work may include: • Researching trends, business models, and key players in the hospitality space • Supporting chef and restaurant onboarding, curation, and outreach • Assisting with social content, editorial writing, and communication strategy • Helping organize workflows, data, and project trackers • Contributing ideas to improve how Paxika serves its members and communityWho You Are • Currently studying or recently graduated in hotel management, culinary arts, or hospitality • Passionate about the food and restaurant world — from operations to innovation • Curious, organized, and capable of managing your own tasks and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working remotely with limited supervision and fast-moving goalsEligibility • Students or graduates from recognized hospitality or culinary institutions • Prior internship experience is a bonus but not required • Interest in entrepreneurship, tech, and the business of hospitality is a plus • Open to interns based in India or internationallyPerks • Priority consideration for future roles or consulting opportunities within Paxika • Incentives may be considered based on quality, consistency, and ownership • Direct access to the founding team and exposure to a high-level, industry-first platformHow to Apply
