The objective of this role is to efficiently oversee the electrical operations during designated shifts within the Paper industry. The primary focus for this role holder is to ensure seamless coordination of electrical activities, fostering strategic alignment with organizational goals and optimizing operational efficiency.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProviding direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectivesDevelop and implement strategic plans for the enhancement of various electrical systems, aligning with organizational goals.Provide expertise in the assessment of current mechanical processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation to drive long-term efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical strategies with overall business objectives.Contribute insights to the development of technology adoption roadmaps for continuous improvement in electrical systems.Executing the strategies to achieve the business goalsOversee and optimize day-to-day electrical operations related to various processes.Lead the implementation of standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient electrical performance.Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and availability of electrical systems.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mechanical efficiency and implement corrective measures as needed.Manage and optimize the use of resources, including equipment and manpower, to maximize operational output.Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Relevant certifications in Paper electronics or electrical systems are advantageous.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, particularly in the context of the Paper industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing electrical operations.
