You’ll play a key role in shaping our work culture, hiring top talent, and ensuring a seamless employee experience as we scale.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment: JD preparation, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboardingManage employee lifecycle: induction, documentation, confirmation, exit formalitiesMaintain employee records and HRMISHandle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave managementSupport performance management and employee engagement initiativesDraft, review, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.Identify training needs and help organize development programs.Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.Compile HR data, analyze trends, and generate reports for management.Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.Assist in building a positive employer brand and enhancing company culture.Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.Requirements1–2 years of hands-on HR experience in a startup or SME environmentStrong understanding of HR functions (recruitment to exit)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskFamiliarity with HR tools/software is a plusBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to work closely with the founding teamExposure to all aspects of HR in a dynamic startup environmentFriendly and collaborative work cultureOpportunity to grow as the company scales
