Job Title: Manager – Luxury Marketing Location: NCR (Delhi/NCR Region)Experience: 3–5 YearsIndustry Preference: Luxury / Premium Lifestyle / Fashion / Hospitality / ArtJob Summary: We are seeking a polished and creative Manager – Luxury Marketing with 3–5 years of experience in the luxury segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies tailored for premium audiences. A background in high-end lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or art marketing is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital + offline) to enhance brand presence in the luxury space.Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms including social media, paid media, influencer partnerships, email, and web.Conceptualize and manage offline marketing initiatives such as events, brand collaborations, exhibitions, and private showcases.Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure all brand messaging reflects a refined, aspirational tone.Maintain and enhance relationships with luxury media, influencers, stylists, and brand partners.Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.Keep abreast of luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.Ensure all brand touchpoints align with luxury positioning, from visuals and language to experiences and partnerships.Key Requirements:3–5 years of marketing experience in the luxury or premium segment, with hands-on involvement in both digital and offline campaigns.Demonstrated understanding of luxury consumer mindset and high-end brand positioning.Experience managing luxury events, collaborations, or influencer marketing campaigns.Strong storytelling, brand-building, and project management skills.Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.) and event execution.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, or related fields (MBA preferred).Compensation: Competitive
