Job Description

Key Responsibilities:OEM Client Acquisition & Management:Identify and target potential OEM clients in the bicycle and mobility sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners.Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for OEM customers.Sales Strategy & Execution:Drive B2B sales growth by meeting and exceeding targets.Create and execute business development plans tailored to OEM market trends.Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry innovations.Gather feedback from OEM clients to support product development and improvements.Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.Ensure all commercial agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability standards.Reporting & CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts in CRM systems.Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management.
