It has been evolving rapidly and continues to encompass newer and exciting lens on the Foundation’s journey of co-creation and contribution to societal impact in India, enabling the creation of impact ecosystems within the universe of the Foundation.Brand Management is an integral aspect of this journey. Its core purpose is to reflect the Foundation’s evolving narrative of its contribution to societal development in India, primarily as perceived by and alongwith communities, its most essential and prime stakeholder. As a part of the Brand Management team, the position is responsible for ensuring branding consistency across all brand manifestations, align with brand strategy and work across all levels and departments of the Foundation for the same.Key Deliverables:Strategic Brand PositioningWork closely with all verticals of Communications to develop strategic brand narrative of the Foundation, which positions the entity in the desired space and engenders trust and respect for the brand.Develop campaign-based communication, where required, in keeping with the emerging organisational demandOperationalise the Brand Guideline and portfolio of Creative Units of Tata Steel FoundationConduct brand awareness sessions among internal audienceMonitor development sector trends, research brand markets and peer activitiesGenerate monthly reports, conduct meetings, maintain tracker on brand efficiency of the organisationDesign & DevelopmentManage the design and implementation of branded communications for both internal external purpose of the Foundation, in close coordination with necessary teams.Ensure timely execution of brand related installations across the organisationOversee the integrity in communication for Tata Steel Foundation across its designs and content packagingHandle external and internal agencies on the development, design and production of creative assetsEvent ManagementOversee the planning of an event and assign requirements across Communication verticalsCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams verticals to ensure on-time execution of branding requirements (standees, backdrops, flyers and templates among others) during eventsMinimum Qualification : Post-graduate Degree/Diploma (full time) in Communication/Public Relations or equivalent from a recognised institute.Work Experience : Minimum five years as a professional in the Communications space and particularly in the brand management space.
