Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with exceptional UI craftsmanship and a passion for transforming complex enterprise challenges into elegant, intuitive user experiences. You will be responsible for crafting highly polished interfaces that simplify intricate workflows, making them easy for users to navigate and understand.In this role, you’ll move quickly from ideation to execution, generating creative ideas and iterating rapidly based on feedback. You’ll also play a critical role in building and evolving a scalable design system that ensures consistency, efficiency, and quality across all of ORO’s products.Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, you will help shape the future of our user experience, driving clarity, usability, and visual excellence at every step. This is a high-impact role where your design leadership and craftsmanship will directly influence how users perceive and interact with our platform.What You’ll DoCraft intuitive, elegant, and scalable UI solutions for complex enterprise workflows.Translate user and business needs into thoughtful, user-friendly experiences.Build, maintain, and expand a scalable, flexible design system in collaboration with the broader UX, product and engineering teams.Ideate quickly and present multiple design directions; embrace feedback and iterate rapidly.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advocate for the user and deliver best-in-class B2B solutions.Create detailed interaction designs, user flows, and prototypes that clearly articulate your design thinking.Contribute to the evolving design culture at ORO Labs by sharing best practices, leading critiques, and mentoring other designers.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience designing thoughtful and scalable digital products, ideally with exposure to B2B enterprise solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience with highly refined skillsets.Proven exceptional UI craftsmanship represented in your portfolio — you care deeply about visual clarity and at the heart care about how users perceive and use with ease.
