Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Producer to manage the creation, publishing, and optimization of website content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with design, development, and content teams to ensure web projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards, user experience goals, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day production of web content including text, images, videos, and landing pagesCollaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to launch and maintain webpagesUpdate and maintain websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager)Ensure content is optimized for SEO, accessibility, and responsive across devicesTest and troubleshoot layout and functionality issues across browsers and platformsMonitor website performance and user engagement metricsAssist with website redesigns, campaigns, and promotional initiativesMaintain content calendars and project timelinesUphold brand guidelines, consistency, and publishing standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Sitecore, or AEMBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standardsStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principlesExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Project management experience or certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
