Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Program and Operational Coordination Manager to enhance operational effectiveness and drive cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams to identify, implement, and monitor impactful programs.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational and Cross-Functional Coordination:Develop and implement initiatives that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.Work closely with product, tech, and ground operations teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.Gather and act on feedback to improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.2.Driver and Partner Service Ticket Program and Cost Optimization:Develop comprehensive program strategies that align with company objectives.Execute data-driven programs, including the Driver and Partner Service Ticket Program, with defined KPIs, timelines, and budgets.Monitor program impact through structured reporting, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency, and make recommendations for improvement.Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) for seamless program rollout.3.Analytical Insights and Decision Support:Use data analytics to drive decisions and refine strategies for operational efficiency and cost optimization.Build dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and operational performance.Identify process bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years in Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, or similar fields with a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions.Education: IIT/IIM or similar qualifications required.Program & Process Management: Strong experience in program and process management, including process design and optimization.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
