This role requires a deep understanding of payments, banking, fintech trends, technologies, and business needs, along with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and inform our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT/Software background, ensuring a deep understanding of complex technical concepts and their effective representation. ResponsibilitiesResearch, write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including: Blog posts, articles, and whitepapersCase studies and website copySocial media posts and marketing materialsInternal communications, including leadership emails and corporate announcementsDevelop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content. Collaborate with product managers, developers, Presales, CoE and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business messaging. Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the fintech industry.Strong understanding of fintech solutions, including payments, digital banking, and financial infrastructure.Experience writing for a Native American technical decision-maker audience.Experience with internal communications, including drafting executive communications.Excellent research skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
