Join Isha Foundation’s Miracle of Mind team as a Senior/Lead Visual Designer and be the creative force behind a global meditation app impacting millions worldwide.About the Role: As the Senior/Lead Visual Designer, you will own the visual identity and art direction of Miracle of Mind, driving compelling design language across UI, motion, branding, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Engineers, Illustrators, and Content Strategists to craft immersive, high-fidelity visuals and interactive experiences that inspire and engage users.What You’ll Do:Lead and evolve the visual design strategy for the app and digital campaignsDefine design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with our brand’s essenceDesign UI components, animations, and motion interactions that enhance usability and delight usersPrototype interactive experiences using Figma, After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or similar toolsProvide clear, constructive design critiques and mentor internal teamsCollaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality design languageWhat We’re Looking For:6+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and product design, preferably in digital-first B2C environmentsStrong expertise in typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color theoryProven track record in art direction and elevating visual quality across digital productsExperience designing for mobile apps and digital touchpointsProficiency in motion design and prototyping for interactive product UIHands-on execution focus, creating pixel-perfect visuals and prototypesExcellent storytelling skills through immersive visualsExpertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or related toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with developers on interactive animations (Lottie, WebGL) a plusBonus: knowledge of 3D, generative design, or immersive experiencesWhy Join Us?Shape a global movement improving mental well-being for millionsCreative freedom to lead and define a world-class visual identityWork with industry-leading mentors and design expertsMake a tangible impact through meaningful, transformative experiences
