Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Support Agent to provide exceptional support for various business inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding services and programs.Provide accurate information and assistance in a timely manner.Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address complex inquiries.Maintain updated knowledge of policies and procedures.Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent is required 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.Familiarity with various services and programs is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
